Silver ("we," "us," or "our") is a Swiss medtech startup developing a screenless wearable for active aging. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices for the Silver beta app (the "App"). The App connects to the wearable to display health tracking data, movement encouragement, and social connection features. We collect minimal data necessary for core functionality. No data is sold or shared for marketing.

From the Wearable (Synced to App):

• Health metrics: Heart rate, steps, activity levels, sleep patterns (real-time and historical).
• Location data: Approximate GPS for movement tracking and fall detection (optional; user-enabled only).
• Social connections: Contact identifiers for family/friend notifications (requires user permission).

From App Usage:

• Account data: Email address (for login and updates).
• Device info: Model, OS version, unique ID (for syncing).
• Analytics: Aggregated usage stats (anonymized).

We do not collect precise location without consent, audio, camera, or data from children under 13.

• Sync and display wearable data.
